Cricket Redman teaches alignment-oriented yoga with a blend of flow and form using breath as the guide. Her classes are accessible for beginners and allow experienced practitioners to push their practice to new levels of awareness and strength. Her sequences aim to reveal the inner landscape of the body so that students develop an understanding and acceptance of their internal nature, both body and mind as the seasons change and weather shifts within. From this place of understanding and acceptance Cricket believes that students can cultivate rich and fertile practices both on and off the mat. Expect some optional chanting.
